Bekende merken binnen de groep zijn Desimpel, Porotherm, Terca en Koramic. In België tellen we 11 productievestigingen, 2 showrooms en een hoofdzetel. Dagelijks zetten meer dan 1.500 enthousiaste medewerkers zich in om kwalitatieve producten te ontwikkelen, produceren en klantgerichte oplossingen uit te werken.
Functieomschrijving In deze functie ondersteun je de directie en de Country Health & Safety Manager in de ontwikkeling en implementatie van het welzijnsbeleid voor onze medewerkers en streef je naar continue verbetering. Naast de Country Health & Safety Manager ondersteun en begeleid je ook de lokale preventieadviseurs op de verschillende sites, verspreid over het land. Samen met collega preventieadviseurs zorg je dat veiligheid en gezondheid bovenaan elke agenda staat in de brede organisatie en versterk je het bewustzijn en de aandacht voor beide thema's. Je bevordert & ondersteunt het uitwisselen van kennis binnen het team van de preventieadviseurs. Je ondersteunt, begeleidt en werkt samen met het lokaal management (plant managers, managers productie en onderhoud) voornamelijk op het vlak van technische veiligheid. Daarnaast is affiniteit met het luik veiligheidscultuur een absolute vereiste. Beide aspecten zijn van het uiterste belang voor het verder uitbouwen van het gezondheid -en welzijnsbeleid. Je ondersteunt de preventieadviseurs bij het beoordelen van technische veiligheidsrisico's, de opmaak van veiligheidsassessments bij investeringen en het opmaken van indienststellingsverslagen. Bij investeringsprojecten ben je betrokken partij vanaf dag 1 om het project te begeleiden vanuit de veiligheidsinvalshoek. Je voert analyses uit met betrekking tot ongevallen en incidenten & zet je eigen expertise positief in om anderen te inspireren en veiligheid te laten leven in de organisatie. Je standaardiseert bestaande documenten, processen en rapporteringen en staat mee borg voor de verdere digitalisering van het thema veiligheid. Je fungeert als back-up voor de preventieadviseur voor het HQ Kortrijk, met in totaal een 200-tal medewerkers of voor een preventieadviseur op één van onze sites, indien dit noodzakelijk zou zijn Jouw profiel Je bezit een masterdiploma in een technische richting (ingenieur of gelijkwaardig) en je hebt een diploma van preventieadviseur niveau 1. Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring in een interne preventiedienst, bij voorkeur in een industriële en multi-site omgeving. Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de technische en regelgevende aspecten van veiligheid (machineveiligheid, Codex). Bij voorkeur ben je in het bezit van een certificaat CMSE (Certified Machine Safety Expert) of bent bereid dit te behalen. Je hebt eveneens interesse in de menselijke kant van veiligheid (veiligheidscultuur, gedrag, leiderschap, groepsdynamica). Je hebt de capaciteiten een team te begeesteren en te coachen in hun ontwikkeling. Je haalt energie uit het overdragen van expertise en het enthousiasmeren van anderen om veiligheid te laten leven in de organisatie. Je bent een sociaal en pragmatisch persoon die zich goed kan inleven in de realiteit van de werkvloer. Je bent bereid je veelvuldig te verplaatsen binnen België Je bent vertrouwd met de mogelijkheden die informatica-oplossingen bieden (cloudoplossingen, intranet) en MS-omgeving. Je bent tweetalig Nederlands/Frans Ons aanbod Je komt terecht in een internationale gerenommeerde organisatie met lokaal een familiaal karakter. In deze uitdagende job krijg je de ruimte om initiatief te nemen en de functie verder te ontwikkelen.
