De komende tien jaar bepaalt AI het wat en hoe van organisaties. Data & AI spelen samen een cruciale rol. AE staat op de eerste rij om te bepalen hoe die transformatie er uit gaat zien. Onze klanten geven we een end-to-end aanpak: we bouwen de technologie, nemen de mensen er in mee en gaan voor strategische impact. Dat doen we met mensen die hun werk graag doen en er nog eens goed in zijn ook. Bij ons bepaal je zelf waar jouw skills het beste tot hun recht komen. Als analytics engineer vertaal je strategische vragen naar datagedreven inzichten samen met de klant. Je bouwt volledige dataproducten, van model tot rapport met oog voor gebruiksvriendelijkheid. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor kwaliteit, documentatie en afstemming. Je volgt het data governance kader en hanteert duidelijke standaarden. Wat is je focus?Je vertrekt vanuit een vraag of opportuniteit. Samen met de klant onderzoek je welke inzichten nodig zijn om datagedreven, strategische beslissingen te ondersteunen. Je bouwt dataproducten van a tot z: je stelt kritische vragen en bepaalt welke data nodig is om tot inzichten te komen. Je modelleert de data op basis van de behoeften en bouwt rapporten met oog voor UX en story-telling. Je neemt ownership: van databron tot dashboard, je bewaakt kwaliteit, documenteert je werk en stemt af met stakeholders. Je hebt oog voor governance: je zorgt ervoor dat je dataproduct vindbaar en begrijpbaar is en volgens de juiste standaarden is opgebouwd. Wie ben jij?Je bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld en weet snel de kern van een vraagstuk te vatten. Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als niet technische stakeholders en weet complexe informatie helder over te brengen. Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, met aandacht voor detail, documentatie en afstemming. Je hebt een grondige kennis van SQL en past dit dagelijks toe in je werk. Wat mooi meegenomen is, is ervaring met Python en/of een basiskennis van software engineering principes (zoals versiebeheer, testing, CI/CD). Je hebt ervaring met data modelleren en het bouwen van dashboards, bij voorkeur in Power BI. Je bent zelfstandig en wil dingen vooruit laten gaan. Nederlands is onze voertaal.
