La société répond aux besoins d'entretien, de rénovation et de construction d'équipements neufs. Ses domaines d'intervention sont la sidérurgie, l'aluminium, la cimenterie, l'incinération, les chaudières, les métaux non-ferreux, la verrerie, la chimie et la pétrochimie, la fonderie, les fours à chaux et la céramique.
Nous recherchons un Site safety Sécurité compétent et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe à Gand.
Il aura pour mission d'animer la sécurité, vérifier le respect des règles et standards en matière de santé et sécurité, de sensibiliser et promouvoir une culture de sécurité sur les sites d'intervention.
Responsabilités:
- Veiller sur place au respect des règles et standards en matière de santé et sécurité.
- Animer et promouvoir une culture de sécurité à travers des initiatives et des programmes de sensibilisation (TBM, ILT, …) auprès du personnel et des sous-traitants.
- Participer à/faire l'accueil des nouveaux engagés.
- Participer à la surveillance et au dépistage du risque industriel.
- Participer à la mise en œuvre du Plan Annuel d'Actions et quinquennal.
- Réaliser des évaluations régulières des risques et proposer des mesures correctives.
- Assister à la mise à jour les procédures de sécurité en conformité avec les réglementations du site.
- Effectuer des inspections régulières des équipements et matériel pour s'assurer de la conformité aux normes de sécurité (colsons, macarons, validité).
- Participer à l'analyse des incidents et accidents de travail et coordonner les enquêtes post-incident.
- Participer à la mise en place de projets d'amélioration continue en matière de sécurité.
- Assister la ligne hiérarchique dans la préparation et la présentation des rapports de sécurité.
- Collaborer avec les équipes pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes de sécurité.
- Se coordonner avec les ressources humaines pour organiser les formations en sécurité.
- Participer aux réunions avec les comités de sécurité externes et aux audits de sécurité
Votre profil;
- Vous maîtrisez le français et le néerlandais
- Connaître le fonctionnement de l'entreprise et les technologies associés
- Maîtriser les outils informatiques de base (office 365)
- Connaissance des risques et gestion de la sécurité industrielle
- Connaissance de la règlementation en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail
- Capacité à utiliser des outils de gestion de la sécurité
- Compétences en rédaction de procédures et de rapports de sécurité
- Minimum diplôme de CP 3 et minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans cette fonction
- Avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication et en formation
- Etre à l'écoute, disponible et s'adapter
- Etre rigoureux et précis
- Avoir le sens de l'observation et attention aux détails
- Analyser et synthétiser de nombreuses informations
- Résoudre des problèmes de natures différentes
- Gérer les priorités
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différentes parties prenantes
- Être proactif et capable de prendre des décisions rapides et efficaces
