Als Senior Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor België aangaande alles van Controlling, budgetting, foreasting, reporting,… etc. Je fungeert als sparringspartner van de Country Manager en het lokaal managementteam. Verder representeer je Finance België en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de andere landen.Als Finance Business Partner ben je actief met: Business Review monthly management Management Team key contributor Monthly P&L and B/S Forecast Review. MTP/Budget process local lead. Cash flow planning. Sales business analysis (business, clusters, sales people, Ad hoc dashboard/Agents commissions/incentives.. Business case scenarios, Volume/Price action discounts, ad hoc activities requested by Sales Managers. Pricing Review/Analysis. GM analysis, deep dive by business, clusters volume/Mix. Support local global functions for actual analysis, forecasting and budget processes planning. Facilitate interactions cross functionally (leading operations meeting and/or departments interactions) Process Improvement promoter, leading local cross functional project, timeline keeper. ... Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring als Business Controller. Je hebt interesse en affiniteit met een Sales organisatie. Je bent hands-on, vlot met mensen, communicatief en positief ingesteld. Je hebt kennis/ervaring met SAP. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels Een aantrekkelijk bruto jaarsalaris tot €83.520 in lijn met jouw werkervaring. Een bedrijfswagen met tankkaart.
