Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field, but above all, being an ambassador of our organization to clients thanks to: Your interpersonal skills and ability to build trustful relationships Your curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced international context Your missions Define, study, and design technical projects, from planning to administrative closure Prepare preliminary technical designs, budgets and project planning based on required and available resources Take ownership of project planning, budget tracking and progress reporting to team leaders Contribute to procurement documentation and participate in supplier selection processes Lead and coordinate on-site execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners Ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance throughout the execution phase Work autonomously while providing regular updates to the project manager Deliver continuous improvement suggestions throughout the project lifecycle Your profile Background in civil or industrial engineering (electrical or electromechanical) Experience in project management (recent graduates are also considered) Knowledge of high-voltage systems Strong sense of responsibility and organizational capabilities Fluent communicator, customer-oriented, team player and proactive mindset Fluent in Dutch or French and good knowledge of the second national language Basic knowledge of English and willingness to develop it further You have an ability to work independently while managing several priorities simultaneously What we offer An international community bringing together 110+ different nationalities An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.) Strong commitments to CSR notably through participation in our WeCare Together program Benefits: lunch vouchers, health insurance, transportation support Remote policy: possibility to work remotely 2 days per week Amaris Consulting is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
