Solliciteer dan nu Voor een chemiebedrijf, actief in verpakkingen voor de medische- en voedingssector ben ik op zoek naar een quality assurance engineer. Je komt terecht op de afdeling "conversie". Je werkt nauw samen met productie, QC, business development en supply chain. Jouw takenpakket: - Je bent het aanspreekpunt bij eventuele klanten- en leveranciersklachten. - Je voert oorzaakanalyses uit. - Je bewaakt het overzicht van de eventueel geretourneerde goederen. Je staat ook in voor de administratieve verwerking. - Je zet de klachten om naar maandelijkse statistieken. Je stuurt ook een rapportering naar de klanten uit. - Je verwerkt alles in de KMS-database. - Je stelt actieplannen op. - Je reduceert de interne kwaliteitskosten. - Je volgt interne en externe audits op.
