Bij CHEP zien we het als onze missie om meer efficiënte en duurzame supply chains te creëren in samenwerking met onze klanten. Daarom verkopen we onze blauwe pallets niet, maar verhuren ze in een circulair deelmodel, ook wel gekend als palletpooling. Wat doe je als Customer Service Support?

Als Customer Service Support werk je, in samenwerking met een Key Account manager, op een eigen portefeuille klanten aan het verbeteren van de klantenervaring, het versterken van klantenrelaties en het palletbeheer. Dankzij data-analyse identificeer jij mogelijke risico's, opportuniteiten en afwijkingen en zoek je naar klantgerichte oplossingen. Administratieve topics worden door jou in gang gezet en opgevolgd zodat deze correct en tijdig verwerkt worden.

Welke Skills heb je of wil je leren?

- Je hebt een sterke, analytische geest, sterk gevoel voor time management en prioriteiten stellen. Je hebt oog voor detail zonder het overzicht te verliezen.

- Je stelt zaken in vraag indien nodig, durf je initiatief te nemen. Je bent hebt geen schrik van administratief werk en volgt acties op zodat deze correct en tijdig verwerkt worden.

- Je bent een teamplayer en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders.

- Je kunt idealiter werken met Excel (en Microsoft Office), kennis van Power Query, Power BI en/of SAP is een pluspunt.

- Je kunt je vloeiend uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
