Job DescriptionARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for a Lowcode Engineer for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Health Insurance domain.ContextContributing to the design and development of projects that support the operations of volunteers within the companyWorking in an Agile approachRole & responsibilitiesResponsible for implementing the requirements (Epics, User Stories, ...)Working closely with the business, and analyst/testers so that the functionalities are delivered correctly. The scrum methodology is used to develop the solution.Contributing to the development and enhancement of key projects and functionalities.Developing new Outsystems (front-end and back-end) apps.Refactoring of existing programsCommunicating efficiently with the various stakeholders (business/functional analysts, solution architect) so that they perfectly understand the priorities of the tasks.Making sure your code has been tested.Making technical improvement proposals and defending them within the teamSupporting the analyst/tester with the functional tests.Analyzing integrations with other parties and systems.Working out the technical design based on a functional analysis.Working together with developers from the team to install the applications and monitoring their operation.Supporting other developers in their development.Documenting your software thoroughly, without getting bogged down in details.QualificationsYour profileDutch/French speaking, good knowledge of English is a mustCritical and have good analytical and synthesis skillsAble to work independently and in a teamSense of quality, accuracy and have a no-nonsense mentalityStress-resistantResult-oriented, proactive, dynamic, ...Technical skillsThorough knowledge of LowCode and more specifically of the Outsystems platform (minimum 4 years of experience)Knowledge of HTML/CSSKnowledge of SQLExperience with Scrum as an Agile methodologyKnowledge of JIRA/Confluence would be considered an asset
