Beschrijving Als Project Coördinator voor CRM-projecten ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de succesvolle implementatie van moderne CRM-oplossingen bij onze klanten. Je leidt projecten van A tot Z, bewaakt planning, budget en scope, en coördineert zowel klant als team richting een succesvol eindresultaat. Je werkt aan meerdere CRM-projecten tegelijk, voor klanten uit diverse sectoren. Vandaag begeleid je een internationale speler in de farmaceutische sector, morgen ondersteun je een innovatieve scale-up in de retail. Variatie en dynamiek zijn vaste waarden in jouw dagelijkse werk. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: Coördinatie en begeleiding van CRM-implementaties bij klanten Opstellen en bewaken van projectplannen, deadlines en budgetten Aansturen van functionele en technische teams (consultants, ontwikkelaars, integratiespecialisten) Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor de klant en het managen van verwachtingen Identificeren van risico’s en proactief bijsturen waar nodig Organiseren en faciliteren van workshops, demo’s en statusmeetings Zorgen voor tijdige en kwalitatieve oplevering van projectdeliverables Ondersteunen van change management en gebruikersadoptie bij klanten Rapporteren over de voortgang aan interne en externe stakeholders Vereisten Profiel Must-have: Bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in IT, business of management Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als projectcoördinator of projectmanager in CRM-projecten Grondige kennis van CRM-oplossingen en projectmethodologieën Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail Klantgericht, communicatief sterk en oplossingsgericht Je werkt graag in een omgeving met meerdere projecten tegelijk Bereid om klanten 2 à 3 dagen per week ter plaatse te bezoeken Rijbewijs B Zeer goede kennis van het Engels Nice to have: Vloeiend in het Frans Affiniteit met digitale transformatie en IT-systemen Analytisch en kritisch denkvermogen Commerciële flair – je herkent opportuniteiten bij klanten Benefits Voordelen Competitief salarispakket met extralegale voordelen: Bedrijfswagen met tankkaart of laadkaart (onbeperkt in België) Maaltijd- en ecocheques Hospitalisatieverzekering (optie op ambulante en tandzorg) Groepsverzekering GSM-abonnement Extra verlofdagen op basis van anciënniteit Cafetariaplan voor optimalisatie van bonussen en eindejaarspremie Stimulerende werkomgeving: Transparante communicatie & vlakke structuur Moderne kantoren met focus op welzijn en samenwerking Teamactiviteiten: teambuildings, sportevents, gala’s, enz.
