Piping Supervisor

Overview We are seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor to lead all piping installation activities on our pharma manufacturing facility construction project in Belgium. This hands-on role oversees piping teams and ensures high-quality installation of process utilities, clean utilities, and pharmaceutical piping systems. Responsibilities Supervise piping installation teams across process utilities, clean utilities, and pharmaceutical piping systemsEnsure quality installation of stainless steel, carbon steel, and high-purity piping systemsConduct piping inspections, dimensional checks, and weld quality assessmentsCoordinate with HVAC, mechanical, and electrical trades for integrated system installationManage piping material logistics, storage, and inventory controlOversee testing, flushing, and pre-commissioning activitiesReport progress and quality metrics to Construction Manager and Package OwnersEnsure compliance with EU GMP requirements Qualifications Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Piping, or related trade certification8+ years supervisory experience in industrial/pharmaceutical piping installationProven experience with welding and high-purity systemsKnowledge of pharmaceutical process and clean utility piping requirementsExpertise in stainless steel, carbon steel, and plastic piping systems Understanding of piping codes and GMP piping standardsKnowledge of pressure testing, leak testing, and system commissioning proceduresStrong leadership skills managing diverse piping installation teamsExcellent safety record with focus on confined space and working at height operationsExperience with quality control procedures and inspection protocolsFluency in Dutch advantageous
