Wij zijn op zoek naar een IT Support Medewerker (tweetalig FR/NL) om het team van een toonaangevende speler in afvalverwerking en -valorisatie in België te versterken. Je zal gebaseerd zijn in Kortrijk en zal het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor IT vragen van interne gebruikers. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de goede werking van de IT-omgeving door kwaliteitsondersteuning te bieden. Beantwoorden van verzoeken om assistentie per telefoon, e-mail of persoonlijk. Verlenen van eerstelijnsondersteuning voor hardware-, software- en netwerkproblemen. Diagnoses stellen en oplossen van connectiviteits-, configuratie- en toegangsproblemen (Windows, Microsoft 365, randapparatuur, Wi-Fi, VPN). Tickets aanmaken en documenteren in het beheersysteem en zorgen voor een nauwkeurige opvolging. Herhaalde incidenten identificeren en preventieve maatregelen voorstellen. Complexe verzoeken escaleren naar tweede- of derdelijnsondersteuning met duidelijke documentatie. Op de hoogte blijven van interne en externe technologische ontwikkelingen om bij te dragen aan de continue verbetering van de dienstverlening. Diploma of certificaat in IT of een verwant vakgebied. Eerste relevante ervaring of sterke vaardigheden in een vergelijkbare rol. Vertrouwd met Microsoft 365 en Windows 10/11. Kennis van netwerkconfiguratie (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). In staat eenvoudige opdrachten uit te voeren met PowerShell of cmd. Praktische kennis van Active Directory voor het beheer van gebruikersaccounts. Ervaring met ITSM-systemen zoals ServiceNow, Jira of TOPdesk. Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans en Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, klantgerichte houding en luistervaardigheid. In staat zijn om technische concepten op een eenvoudige manier uit te leggen aan niet-technische gebruikers. Houder van rijbewijs B en bereid om af en toe naar andere locaties te reizen. Een voltijdse vaste job (onbepaalde duur) binnen een ambitieus familiebedrijf. Werkzekerheid en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
