Our client, a leading global strategy consulting firm, is seeking a talented (Senior) Strategy Manager to join their dynamic team in Belgium. With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, our client shapes the future of business for top-tier clients across the world. In this role, you will bring your expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to impactful projects and drive success.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead complex strategy consulting projects, with a focus on Energy & Utilities or Telecommunications sectors.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement transformative strategies that drive client growth and success.
- Industry Insight: Stay up to date with industry trends, providing in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior team members, helping them develop their skills and reach their potential.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional value and surpassing expectations.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal creation.
RequirementsIdeal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: At least 5 years of strategy consulting experience or relevant corporate strategy expertise in the Energy & Utilities or Telecommunications industries.
- Language Skills: Native proficiency in French or Dutch, with strong proficiency in English.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
