Senior Construction Scheduler

Overview PM Group Benelux has a requirement for a Senior Construction Scheduler on a major data center construction project, developing and maintaining comprehensive construction programs across all phases and trades.. Responsibilities Develop master construction schedule using Primavera P6Create detailed work breakdown structures and activity sequencingConduct critical path analysis and resource levelingPrepare weekly look-ahead schedules and milestone trackingCoordinate scheduling across multiple contractors and tradesMonitor progress against baseline and identify recovery opportunitiesDevelop "what-if" scenarios and schedule optimization strategiesSupport construction sequencing and logistics planningManage schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysisPrepare schedule reports and attend progress meetingsInterface with project controls team on earned value integrationLead schedule risk analysis and contingency planning Qualifications 6+ years construction scheduling on major projects (€100M+)Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS ProjectStrong understanding of construction methodologies and trade sequencesExperience with data center or mission-critical infrastructure preferredKnowledge of MEP coordination and critical systems commissioningAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and contractor teamsData center construction phases and technology integration knowledgeCritical path analysis and schedule compression techniquesResource planning and optimization capabilitiesFluent English; local language skills beneficialStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWho we are?PM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, our clients and trade partners.
