We’re looking for a Sales Support and Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving all new sales opportunities, along with processing software returns, adjustments, all the while supporting the local sales teams in Ghent with administrative tasks post sales. You’ll need to thrive on complex problems and be a quick learner and team player to help keep this machine running.What you’ll be doing:Provide insight and support to members of the Sales teams for opportunity processing.Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments. Process hardware shipments.Work with customers to resolve billing and subscriptions inquiries.Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations. Ensure that sales meet financial and legal requirements.Contribute to wider company initiatives, and projects outside of daily tasks.Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.What you need to bring:Fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch (French is a bonus) Experience in an administrative functionExperience in a SaaS and/or technology-related fieldKnowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite,, Zendesk, SlackRemarkable communication skillsTeam player who works collaboratively to achieve common goalsWe know that people are more than what’s on their CV.
