En qualité de Head Of Driving Continental Route vous assurerez le pilotage managérial du Driving Continent, en définissant l'organisation et l'adaptation des missions, représente l'activité « driving » auprès des différents partenaires internes et externes afin de contribuer à la sécurité des circulations sur le département Operation. 

Le poste est basé à Bruxelles et des déplacements sont possibles sur le périmètre emprunté par les trains Eurostar.

Requirements

Nous cherchons quelqu'un pour…

  • Manager de la sécurité

- Assurer le pilotage Safety des managers Train Driver afin de garantir le management de la sécurité des circulations, du personnel et des voyageurs sur l'ensemble des réseaux empruntés par les Train Driver sur le périmètre d'Eurostar Groupe.

- Être responsable de l'exploitation ferroviaire conduite. 

- Animer le département Driving et pilote par les résultats et objectifs qu'il a fixé. 

-nAnalyser, définir et suivre les indicateurs sécurité avec les Managers Train Driver, et les services concernés. 

-Réaliser les KN1 sur le périmètre département Driving

- Organiser la gestion des compétences de sécurité

- Participer et animer les revues bimestrielles de Sécurité

- Piloter le Plan d'Actions Sécurité de l'unité conduite et assurer l'amélioration continue

- Traduire la stratégie de la Direction Opération et déterminer

- Analyser et traiter les irritants détectés dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue 

  • Gérer le département driving

Assurer le pilotage managérial de l'équipe « Driving » afin d'animer l'équipe au travers de contrats d'objectifs et de mesurer et analyser les résultats.

  • Être le référent Achat

Participer aux achats et dépenses de son périmètre.

  • Être responsable de la qualité de la production conduite

Assurer le suivi des enquêtes régularité et ponctualité afin de maintenir un haut niveau d'informations et participer à la démarche d'amélioration continue. 

  •  Être le point de contact principal vis-à-vis des fournisseurs et services internes

Assurer le lien avec les autres services afin d'assurer la cohérence des procédures et fournir les informations utiles qui sont de la seule compétence du service driving.   

  • Être responsable des besoins en formation conduite de son unité

Organiser les formations Driving liées à la sécurité afin de répondre aux exigences du SGS et maintenir un haut niveau de sécurité avec l'académie Eurostar. 

  •  Garantir la rédaction, la tenue à jour et la diffusion des documents d'organisation, des documents métiers et des documents en lien avec le SGS afin de maintenir un haut niveau de sécurité et de rester conforme aux exigences du système de gestion de la sécurité de THI Factory, des réglementations en vigueur et des exigences contractuelles imposées. 
    • Être expert métier

En tant qu'expert métier, vous proposerez et mènerez les projets d'évolution afin de répondre aux exigences du SGS et de la réglementation en vigueur. 

  • Être responsable de la GPE conduite

S'assurer que l'effectif conduite permet de garantir la bonne réalisation du plan de transport et en performance.

  • Une solide expérience dans les métiers de la production ferroviaire ou transport aérien, si possible dans les métiers des services/ accompagnement des trains.
  • Une expérience en gestion de projets
  • Une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
  • La maîtrise du néerlandais est un plus
