Join us as Process Engineer Fibre Cement and drive operational excellence  What You'll Do: Review and update manufacturing processes as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related problems. Support start-up of new production lines. Back up local quality and process teams in balancing cost, quality, and market expectations. Champion implementation and sustainment of process improvements and standardization. Define, document, maintain, and update manufacturing process standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized methods and ensure specification conformity. Assess knowledge of local process experts and deliver necessary training. Share good practices and develop the process community across plants. What You'll Bring: Degree in engineering or a related science field (civil, industrial, technical, …) Relevant professional experience in a plant function (production, maintenance, quality …) with preferably some international exposure. Strong technical and process understanding of fiber cement manufacturing. Good analytical skills and ability to understand statistics and quality metrics. Structural approach to problem solving and experience in managing projects. Very good written and spoken English, any other major European language is advantageous (French, German, Dutch,…) Good understanding of SAP manufacturing modules and other manufacturing digital solution tools and applications.
