Control the scanning of the invoices and the expense notes and follow up on issues Responsible of the entire payables process from the approval flow to the payment of invoices/expense notes Codify and match digitalized invoices Ensure proper follow up of the suppliers balance Deal with month-end provisions/deferred expenses and ensure proper reconciliation of these accounts Take care of the monthly VAT declaration (supervised by chief accountant) Correspond with vendors and colleagues by phone and email relating to all accounts payable issues (reminder, invoice copy request…) Deal with the auditors on the payables aspects.Our perfect match
A bachelor degree in accounting with minimum 2 years' experience as Payable accountant Good knowledge of accounting standard Use to analytic accounting Computer minded Good communication skills , both written and oral in French and English Ability to meet strict deadlines Positive personality Oriented towards continuous improvementReceive
