OmschrijvingJe analyseert, behandelt en volgt dossiers op die verband houden met witwassen, terrorismefinanciering en/of sancties en embargo's, en je draagt bij tot de besluitvorming hierover. Zodoende bescherm je de reputatie en de naambekendheid van Belfius. Je bent de contactpersoon voor alles wat dit onderwerp betreft voor je collega's en de andere afdelingen van de bank. Je ziet erop toe dat de collega's van de andere afdelingen de Compliance-regelgeving correct toepassen. De job in een notendop Je beheert volledig autonoom (complexe) dossiers in het kader van anti-witwaswetgeving en -richtlijnen. Je geeft advies over de te nemen beslissingen en de te volgen strategie. Je verwerft grondige theoretische en technische kennis van bepaalde domeinen die verband houden met witwassen, terrorismefinanciering en/of sancties en embargo's en je deelt die kennis met je collega’s van Compliance. Je faciliteert de communicatie en de informatie-overdracht. Je begeleidt, ondersteunt en helpt medewerkers van de bank als ze vragen hebben over de witwasproblematiek. Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn Je hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn, maar je kan er bij ons wel een worden. We zijn vooral op zoek naar een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset. Bij ons kan je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je aan de volgende voorwaarden voldoet: Je behaalde een masterdiploma of deed gelijkwaardige ervaring op. Je kan prioriteiten bepalen en je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsbesef. Je beschikt over uitgesproken communicatievaardigheden (maar je bent ook discreet, diplomatisch, objectief en integer) Je bent een teamspeler. Je scoort extra punten als je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden: Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands/Frans) Je bent analytisch ingesteld. Je deed al eerdere ervaring op in een vergelijkbare functie.
