Wij zoeken nu ter versterking van ons team naar een  Marketing Team Lead.

Als Marketing Team Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van de dagelijkse marketingoperatie. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte sprintplanning, begeleidt daily stand-ups en leidt teammeetings in goede banen, zodat het team optimaal kan presteren binnen de gestelde bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Je taken omvatten onder andere

  • Je bewaakt de korte- en langetermijnplanning aan de hand van afgesproken Business Goals én teamafspraken

  • Je bewaakt de timing, scope en budgetten van verschillende projecten

  • Je coördineert diverse (freelance) copywriters, content creators, performance marketers, vertalers, een content manager en designers

  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met andere departementen en stakeholders binnen en buiten de organisatie

  • Je brengt een duidelijke structuur in de dagelijkse werking

  • Je voert de kwaliteitscontrole uit van de verschillende projecten die wekelijks opgeleverd worden binnen het team

  • Je anticipeert zoveel mogelijk op problemen en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot loopt. Loopt er toch iets fout, dan zoek je snel en efficiënt een oplossing.



Must-haves:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in project management marketing, bij voorkeur in de SaaS industrie.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en methodologisch

  • Je houdt probleemloos het overzicht: snel schakelen tussen verschillende projecten gaat je gemakkelijk af

  • Sterke strategische en analytische vaardigheden met het vermogen om data-gedreven beslissingen te nemen.

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.

  • Minimale ervaring met digitale marketingstrategieën en -tools.

  • Je creëert een sfeer van vertrouwen zodat iedereen zijn ideeën, uitdagingen, fouten en problemen ongeremd kan delen

  • Je bent een doener, maar je denkt wel na voor je iets doet – daarom komen mensen graag bij jou aankloppen wanneer er vragen of onduidelijkheden zijn

  • Je bent een teamspeler die van aanpakken weet. Je lost problemen liefst zelf op in plaats van ze door te geven

  • Je energie werkt aanstekelijk en je kan goed met mensen om. Je bent vriendelijk en slaagt erin om rust te brengen op stresserende momenten…

  • …maar natuurlijk ben je  assertief genoeg om mensen op hun verantwoordelijkheden te wijzen en ervoor te zorgen dat dingen tijdig gedaan worden
