Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experiencedTechnical Communications Engineer to join our team in Leuven, Belgium. Inthis role, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between ourtechnical product offerings and the market. You will be responsible fordeveloping and executing effective marketing strategies to drive the adoptionand success of Simcenter Physical Testing in the market. You will be the voiceof the Simcenter Testlab software and Simcenter SCADAS hardware towards theouter world. Your expertise in physical testing will be vital in understandingcustomer needs, positioning our products, and creating compelling messagingthat resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Strong teaming with product management team to understand product roadmaps, features, and updates, and translate them into customer-focused messaging and positioning. Support product line management to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Simcenter Physical Testing in line with market demands. Craft clear value propositions of new and updated Simcenter Physical Testing solutions. Develop demand generation marketing campaigns for existing and new customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, solution marketing, business development, presales, portfolio development, and creative marketing teams Create persuasive and high-quality technical marketing content such as product presentations, website, white papers, technical blog posts, knowledge articles, … which educate and attract potential buyers. Plan and implement product launches, webinars, and industry events including coordinating with internal and external partners. Contribute to pricing strategies to increase revenue and market share. Support product management with market research to identify market trends, positioning strategies, as to develop a deep understanding of our competitors and to better differentiate our products.Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical product marketing or a similar role In-depth technical knowledge of Simcenter Testlab software and Simcenter SCADAS hardware or competitive test and measurement products (B&K, Mueller-BBM, Head Acoustics, HBM, Dewetron, M+P, Spectral Dynamics, …) Strong technical competence with the ability to understand sophisticated technical concepts and communicate them optimally to both technical and non-technical audiences. Knowledge of theory and background of vibration, acoustics, durability testing is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English). Analytical approach for interpreting data to drive informed decisions and strategies. Strong project management and organizational skills, leading multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in marketing tools and software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Working at Siemens Software
