En tant que Project Manager Supply Chain, vous jouerez un rôle central entre les opérations, les équipes analytiques, l'IT, les achats et la production pour mener à bien des projets à fort impact. Vous serez le garant du bon déroulement, du suivi et de l'implémentation de solutions logistiques innovantes : Analyser les processus actuels de la supply chain et identifier les leviers d'amélioration continue. Collaborer étroitement avec les différents départements (production, entrepôt, achats, IT, finance, qualité) pour comprendre les besoins opérationnels. Traduire les besoins métiers en projets concrets, planifiés et budgétés. Piloter et coordonner des projets d'optimisation logistique (flux, coûts, délais, digitalisation…). Déployer des outils et solutions technologiques (WMS, TMS, ERP…) en partenariat avec les équipes techniques. Gérer le changement et accompagner les utilisateurs dans la mise en œuvre des nouveaux processus. Assurer le suivi des délais, du budget, des ressources et de la qualité tout au long du cycle projet. Animer des workshops, réunions de suivi et revues de projets avec des interlocuteurs variés. Coordonner avec les équipes internationales sur des projets multi-sites ou transversaux. Documenter, structurer et partager les bonnes pratiques et méthodologies projet. Notre client recherche un profil : Bachelier en logistique, supply chain, gestion de projet ou dans un domaine équivalent. Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit. Expérience dans un poste similaire. Bonne connaissance des environnements industriels ou logistiques complexes. Familiarité avec les outils ERP (type SAP), WMS, outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, Jira, etc.). Esprit analytique, capacité à synthétiser, orienté résultats. Excellent relationnel, leadership transversal, capacité à embarquer les équipes. Organisation, rigueur, autonomie et orientation solution sont vos maîtres mots.
