As a Senior .net developer, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities : You participate in PoC projects to test and evaluate new solutions. You identify areas for improvement and explore solutions to address them. You gather best practices from existing systems, assess their added value, and implment them across the organization. You define and document new best practices and standards. You proactively follow technological developments in DevSecOps. You are the point of contact for development teams regarding general questions about .NET standards and best practices within the DevSecOps framework. You support and guide the deployment of best practices and standards in our ICT solutions. The ideal candidate for this Senior .net Developer position would have the following skills : No degree required for this position, technical skills are more important Fluency in French and English or Dutch and English is mandatory At least 5 years of experience as a .NET developer. Analytical and critical mindset. Problem solving attitude. Excellent communication skills. Required experience with : .NET Framework & .NET Core for at least 5 years Angular 2+ for at least 5 years HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript DevOps for at least 2 years Microservice architecture Git, GitLab or Azure DevOps, SonarQube (or equivalent) Flexible work environment Stable company Important social impact
