Om innovatie en verandering mogelijk te maken, ontwikkel je een diepgaande specialisatie in consumenteninzichten en productkennis in België en Nederland. Je verzamelt marktdata en volgt de belangrijkste trends binnen jouw categorieën nauwgezet op. Je neemt proactief deel aan relevante beurzen en seminaries rond technologie, consumer insights en trends om waardevolle informatie te verzamelen. Je stelt jaarlijks een overzicht op van consumenteninzichten en trends, en initieert proactief marktonderzoek om hypotheses te valideren. Je werkt nieuwe innovatierichtingen uit samen met stakeholders (brand managers, sales, R&D, supply chain, internationale collega's, externe organisaties) en leidt bijbehorende projectgroepen. Je vertaalt ideeën naar haalbare businesscases en zet gevalideerde concepten om in succesvolle commerciële producten.Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van intern marktonderzoek rond consumenteninzichten en concepttesten (zowel kwalitatief als kwantitatief, waaronder testen in een real market environment). Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor alle productcategorieën.Jouw profiel: Universitaire opleiding, bij voorkeur met specialisatie marketing of productontwikkeling Minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring in een marketingfunctie binnen FMCG of retail Bereidheid tot regelmatig reizen binnen de Benelux (inclusief fabrieksbezoeken) Sterk analytisch vermogen, cijfermatig inzicht en uitstekende projectmanagementvaardigheden Ondernemend, pragmatisch en resultaatgericht, met focus op uitvoering In staat om feedback vanuit diverse hoeken te verwerken en beslissingen te nemen Financiële vaardigheden (budgetbeheer, P&L) Flexibel en snel schakelen waar nodig Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); kennis van SAP is een pluspunt Passie voor voeding en nieuwigheden Goede beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en Engels Start van de opdracht: zo snel mogelijk Duur: 6 maanden, met mogelijke verlenging Locatie: Oost-Vlaanderen
