Wat ga je precies doen?

Als Technical Support Specialist vorm je de kloppende kern van ons bedrijf en onderhoud je contacten zowel binnen als buiten onze organisatie, met klanten en partners.

Je takenpakket omvat de volgende werkzaamheden:

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat hun technische problemen snel en efficiënt worden opgelost. Registreren van klantincidenten en nauwgezet bijhouden van de voortgang. Bieden van stapsgewijze begeleiding binnen onze softwareoplossingen om klanten te helpen problemen op te lossen en optimaal gebruik te maken van onze technologie. Diagnostiseren van technische problemen en het identificeren van mogelijke oplossingen. Je hebt een scherp analytisch vermogen en de vaardigheid om complexe technische problemen op te helderen. Configuratie en beheer van telematica producten (ook hardware) om ervoor te zorgen dat onze klanten maximale waarde halen uit onze oplossingen. Samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders om complexere technische vraagstukken op te lossen. Je bent een teamspeler die bereid is kennis te delen en bij te dragen aan het succes van het team. We zijn op zoek naar een Technical Support Specialist met de volgende kwalificaties:

Je bent toegewijd aan het waarborgen van een positieve klantervaring en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om technische informatie begrijpelijk over te brengen aan klanten. Een positieve affiniteit met bedrijfsgerichte IT-processen en terminologie wordt gewaardeerd. Ervaring in de logistieke sector is een pluspunt Het vermogen om efficiënt prioriteiten te stellen en om te gaan met meerdere verzoeken tegelijk. Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en kunt werken in een dynamische omgeving. Uitstekende taalvaardigheid in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels is vereist. Kennis van het Duits wordt beschouwd als een waardevolle aanvulling. Wat krijg je er voor terug?
