Your journey with us • Manage and sustain stakeholder relationships at the senior leadership level of customer organizations(e.g., Directors, Vice Presidents) as they embark on their Cloud journeys.• Manage and spearhead Cloud journey engagements for mid to large size customers.• Manage the sustainable development of a strong pipeline of Cloud opportunities (based on AWS, MSAzure services ..) by strategically working with new and existing Deloitte customers.• Lead and act as an exemplary role model for colleagues at all levels, whilst continuously promoting asense of loyalty and energizes others to act.• Build and sustain a high performance culture by cultivating and amplifying individual and team strengths• Manage the development of a strong pipeline of talent for current and future success, by driving a talentexperience that differentiates Deloitte. Let’s talk about you • +7 years’ experience of IT infrastructure, systems, architecture, security or the relevant areas. • +5 years’ experience of Cloud technologies and services, driving Cloud engagements primarily focusing on AWS or Microsoft Azure. • Deep technical, business expertise and have counselled and guided client leadership in making informed decisions in their Cloud journeys. • +5 years’ experience in driving and developing a strong pipeline of Cloud opportunities with focus on AWS or Microsoft Azure. • Experienced and effective communicator who can evangelize the benefits Cloud, as well as translate it’s impact and benefits to different stakeholders. • Possess an array of relevant of AWS or MS Azure Cloud certifications. • Experience in developing business cases and TCO analysis drawing tangible connections between Cloud and business-valued financial-success metrics • Experience in at least 1 of the following; • Cloud strategy (business case, cloud suitability, …) • Cloud operating model (incl. CCoE, FinOps, …) • Cloud foundations and architecture (incl. service catalog, LZ, …) • Cloud native app dev (incl. serverless, …) • Management consulting experience is a plus Required Industry skills and experience • +7 years’ experience of IT infrastructure, systems, architecture, security or the relevant areas. • +5 years’ of experience in Cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS/Big Data and Analytics) Your story • Have demonstrated experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure, certified with the relevant AWS and MS Azure certifications. • +7 years’ of relevant consulting or industry experience • Experience managing large scale and complex engagements. • Have experience in building relationships with senior business and technology leaders • Fluent in English and professional proficiency in French or Dutch preferred. • Experienced and effective communicator who can evangelize the benefits Cloud, as well as translate the impacts and benefits to senior stakeholders. • Education: Master's degree, IT, or in other relevant area.
