Key Accountabilities As Internal Communication Specialist, you will focus on: Strategic Internal Communication Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive, omnichannel internal communication strategy that aligns with our global objectives, ensuring clarity and coherence across the Group. Maintain consistent internal communication channels to deliver a unified corporate message. Design and execute impactful internal communication plans for employees at all organizational levels. Ensure communications are timely, effective, and adaptable to diverse audiences. Support senior management with internal, company-wide global presentations and webinars. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key partners to enhance collaboration and shared success. Employee Training: Provide training sessions to familiarize employees with internal communication procedures and tools. Internal Communication: Keep the workforce informed about industry news, share staff, and company achievements, and remind them of important dates. Facilitate the collection of employee feedback, emphasizing the importance of diverse roles. Manage content on internal communication platforms (e.g., Intranet) to keep employees engaged and informed. Internal Events Coordination: Plan and execute internal events, including workshops, seminars, and conferences. Who are we looking for? Educational Background: You hold a Master's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field is required. Professional Experience: • At least 4 years of experience in corporate internal communications within large organizations. • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic internal communication plans , programs, materials, and events. • Expertise in providing strategic internal communication advice , utilizing various channels and technologies. • Experienced in engaging with C-Level executives, contributing visionary insights to internal communication strategies. Interpersonal Skills: • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building strong partnerships and networks at all organizational levels. • Thrive in a cross-functional environment , enhancing a collaborative and harmonious workplace. Language Skills: • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential, knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset.
