Multilingual Content Specialist, Hospitality

Lightspeed is looking for a proactive, multilingual content writer with native-level fluency in at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French or German. As a key member of Lightspeed’s dynamic in-house content team, you’ll deliver content for a range of projects on multiple channels. You’ll be the go-to expert on Lightspeed’s suite of software solutions for restaurants, supporting the hospitality marketing team with campaign ideation and execution, editorial planning and additional initiatives that expand our reach into new and existing markets. Your work will have a direct impact on positioning Lightspeed as the leading platform for restaurants. You’ll be responsible for: Delivering polished, creative, and impactful copy that supports go-to-market strategies, multichannel marketing activations, and product launches.Crafting, editing, and localizing compelling content for integrated campaigns, events, blogs, brand initiatives, partnerships, and customer stories.Creating and editing storytelling-driven content for social media to strengthen brand presence and boost engagement.Creating and managing website content with a focus on SEO—ensuring consistency with brand voice and style, while optimizing for search visibility and user experience.Localizing content from English into Dutch, French and/or German with cultural and linguistic accuracy.Working closely with other Content Writers in the region to maintain a unified brand voice and style across all platforms, while supporting them with proofreading, brainstorming, and localizations.Developing a good knowledge of our key products, customers and businesses, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholdersStaying up to date on hospitality industry news and trends.You’ll bring to the team:1-3 years of experience in SAAS marketing, copywriting or journalismBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceNative-level fluency in at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French, or German, with a strong ability to accurately localize content from English into your target languages.Flexible attitude and the ability to switch comfortably between markets, creative ideation and product writing depending on project requirements.Experience writing and initiating ideas for social media Familiarity with content management systems like Wordpress and HootsuiteExcellent people skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders including design, sales, and global content teams.Even better if you have, but not necessary:SEO knowledge You have a strong affinity with the hospitality sectorExperience leveraging AI or machine learning for content.
