Het marktsegment van het bedrijf omvat Vlaanderen, het Brusselse gewest en gedeeltelijk Wallonië. Het klantenbestand bestaat uit meer dan 2.500 apotheken die dagelijks tot viermaal toe bevoorraad worden, door middel van 220 bestelwagens en vanuit acht verkooppunten verspreid over gans Vlaanderen nl. Als Accounts Payable Accountant kom je binnen de afdeling Finance terecht in een klein team van krediteurenbeheerders.
Samen met je directe collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van de inkoopfacturen van het jou toegewezen warehouse.
Je zorgt voor het correct voorbereiden, boeken, invoeren en/of coderen van de inkoopfacturen. Je controleert elke factuur nauwgezet en verifieert bovendien of de aangerekende goederen overeenstemmen met wat effectief geleverd werd. Worden er producten retour gestuurd? Dan volg jij dit mee op.
Je staat dagelijks in nauw contact met zowel leveranciers als warehouse-collega's.
Je beheert en controleert samen met je collega's de crediteurenlijsten, zodat ze steeds up-to-date zijn.
Je bent intern het aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen op gebied van crediteuren. Je optimaliseert je eigen takenpakket en laat zo de waarden van de firma weerspiegelen in je eigen werk.Jouw profiel
Je genoot van een opleiding richting handel/economie of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
Je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar.
Je bent gebeten door cijfers en vindt het fijn je hier een hele dag in te verdiepen.
Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt zeer nauwkeurig en denkt probleemoplossend.
