This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our logistics and supply chain processes within SAP, while ensuring smooth business operations.  We are looking for a Business Analyst SAP – Logistics Modules to take ownership of these critical functions and play a leading role in our ERP transformation. You will join a team of 13 Business Analysts, where you will be the key expert on logistics SAP modules, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and our SAP implementation partner. You will work in tandem with a team member on this project.  Your mission As an SAP Business Analyst, your role is to ensure the stability, optimization, and future evolution of our logistics SAP solutions while actively supporting our SAP S/4HANA migration.  In this role, you will:  Own and drive the SAP logistics roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.  Support the transition to S/4HANA, ensuring a smooth migration and business continuity.  Optimize and evolve logistics processes using SAP best practices.  Act as the main point of contact between business teams, IT, and external SAP consultants.  Your responsibilities Maintain and Optimize SAP Logistics Solutions: Ensure the smooth operation of SAP ECC logistics modules related to procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, sales & distribution,… while preparing for the transition to SAP S/4HANA through SAP Fiori. Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs, analyze requirements, and propose functional SAP solutions aligned with operational and strategic goals. Process Improvement & Best Practices: Identify areas for process enhancement and propose SAP best practices to optimize logistics and supply chain operations. Configuration & Customization: Perform system configuration using SPRO (SAP Project Reference Object) to tailor logistics modules to specific business requirements, ensuring flexibility and scalability. Testing & Validation: Support functional testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and system validation to ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements. Project Support & Implementation: Assist in SAP implementation projects, enhancements, and rollouts, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and external SAP consultants, ensuring effective communication and alignment on SAP logistics solutions. Training & Documentation: Provide user training and create documentation to support business adoption and knowledge retention of SAP processes. Transition to SAP S/4HANA: Contribute to the preparation, analysis, and implementation of the upcoming migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori, ensuring a smooth transition. Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on SAP advancements, industry trends, and new features in S/4HANA and other logistics-related SAP solutions. Your profile Must-have skills:  3-7 years experience as an SAP Business Analyst with logistics modules (MM, SD, EWM, TM).  Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA logistics (or past migration experience).  Solid understanding of SAP ECC logistics to support the transition.  Technical & Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), SAP PP (Production & Planning), SAP QM (Quality Management), SAP PS (Project System), SAP PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance). Hands-on experience with system configuration via SPRO to adapt SAP modules to business needs. Experience in integrations between SAP and other business applications (e.g., PLM, external logistics systems, MDG). Ability to analyze and optimize procurement, inventory, warehouse, and order fulfillment processes.
