User experience is voor ons van het allergrootste belang. De gebruiker staat dan ook centraal bij ons hele product design process. Als Product Team is het onze taak om onze klanten, de business en de technologie te begrijpen, met één doel: een beter product maken voor onze gebruikers. We zijn een cross-departmental team bestaande uit gepassioneerde professionals die enorm gedreven zijn om onze gebruikers te helpen. We hebben een Product Manager, Product Designer, Product Owner, Product Marketeer, Software Architect en enkele Business Analysts. Samen hebben we alles wat we nodig hebben: een mooie balans tussen empathie en creativiteit enerzijds (de rechter hersenhelft) en logica en analyse anderzijds (de linker hersenhelft). Jurgen Tambuyser Team Leader Product Team Dit ben jij? Je hebt een “can do” mentaliteit. Je bent een echte problem solver. Je kan wederkerende problemen gemakkelijk detecteren en je bedenkt daarbij passende verbetervoorstellen.Je hebt een agile mindset. Je kan goed om met verandering. Roadmaps en feature planning (her)evalueer je constant, je stelt continu de prioriteiten bij als je nieuwe feedback of info krijgt. Wat kan je van ons Product Team verwachten? We zorgen ervoor dat je je direct thuis voelt – zodat je je comfortabel voelt om je mening te delen en je ideeën te geven en je ons team en Protime nog meer kan laten groeien. Fouten maken is een belangrijk onderdeel van het product design process en we hopen dat je nooit denkt dat je perfect moet zijn.
