I'm working with a leading US law firm based in Belgium in their search for a Marketing Specialist within the Regulatory practice group. This individual will collaborate closely with firm attorneys and other marketing team members to support all business development and marketing activities.
**Key Responsbilities**
- Support short and long-term strategic business development/sales plans and tactics that result in measurable growth of business for the Firm.
- Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs, pitches and proposals, including drafting initial RFP responses and providing strategic direction on complex, multi-layer pitch scenarios.
- Serve as point of contact for business development/sales support for attorneys in regulatory.
- Serve as a relationship manager with key business/industry/trade/partnership organisations.
- Serve as a knowledgebase for all practice group marketing efforts and resources.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials and collateral.
**About You**
- Minimum three (3) years in marketing-related field.
- You must be fluent in Dutch, French and English. Any other language is an asset.
- It is essential you exhibit proficiency in Firm marketing systems software (e.g. CRM tool (Salesforce) proficiency, WordPress, Sitecore, SCORE database)
- It is highly preferable you have experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with a working knowledge of professional services industries.
