**MARKETEER & PROGRAMME ADVISOR FOR MASTERS PROGRAMMES**
Vlerick Business School is a **triple-accredited**, international business school in the heart of Europe - ranked **number one in the Benelux for executive education** and 19 in Europe. Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven **marketeer & programme advisor **to join our **Masters team**.
**The job**
- Develop and implement a **strategic marketing plan** to achieve the recruitment objectives for the Masters programmes.
- Provide insights for an informed marketing strategy based on key** metrics, historical data, and trend reporting**.
- Develop and manage **digital marketing campaigns** on various platforms, measure results and optimise for impact.
- Plan and manage the **social media** of the Masters programmes in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders.
- Update and optimise the **website** (content delivery, analysing the traffic and flow, etc.).
- Create **communication tools** (advertisements, newsletters, brochures, etc.) in collaboration with a graphic designer.
- Organise and participate in **marketing events** such as open days, campus visits, and (online) recruitment fairs.
- **Follow up on and engage with leads** for our Masters programmes across the entire recruitment funnel.
- Build a **network** of current students and alumni who act as ambassadors for the school.
**You**
- Welcome, value, and nurture people of all backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
- Have a degree in marketing and/or minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing position; SEO, SEA, and social media have no secrets for you.
- Have strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken English command.
- Are a self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, and creative individual with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with prospective students.
- Possess strong human relations and networking skills.
- Are a proactive and result-driven team player who can work autonomously.
- Are flexible, open to travel abroad, and willing to participate in occasional evening or weekend activities.
- Can choose your home base at the Brussels, Ghent, or Leuven campus in combination with work from home. You are willing to travel to all three campuses on a regular basis.
- Being knowledgeable about business school education is considered a plus.
