Karo Healthcare is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices also in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Italy.
For our office in Ghent we are currently looking for an ambitious **Supply Chain Specialist**, who is a a self-starter with a passion for the industry and a proven track record in supply chain and demand planning.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the supply chain process from start to finish, including purchasing, production planning, and logistics
- Manage inventory levels to ensure appropriate levels of stock at all times
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute on production schedules
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for the supply chain and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate product delivery and address any logístical issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
- Experience with Amazon and IFS are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and database management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
