**Profil**:
Samen met je collega Product Owner Bibliotheeksysteem (jouw ervaren partner in crime) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van het Bibliotheeksysteem dat draait op de Wise-software. Een uitstekende dienstverlening naar de bibliotheken en dito contact met de hele sector zijn daarbij cruciaal. Een greep uit je takenpakket:
- De roadmap opstellen voor de doorontwikkeling van het Bibliotheeksysteem
- Elke grote release van de software mee plannen, opvolgen en evalueren in samenwerking met je eigen team, dat van de leverancier en de productgroep. Je coördineert ook de uitwerking en het testen van alle nieuwe ontwikkelingen en de communicatie hierover.
- De productgroepen leiden waarin we samen met vertegenwoordigers uit de sector beslissingen nemen over wijzigingen en verbeteringen in het Bibliotheeksysteem.
- Wekelijkse releases coördineren (updates en fixes door de leverancier van Wise) en bugs opvolgen.
- Samen met de communicatieverantwoordelijke en community manager het contact en de samenwerking met alle bibliotheken warm en levendig houden en nieuwe ontwikkelingen tijdig communiceren naar de sector.
- Deelname aan de interne stuurgroep van team Bibliotheken waar we samen met verschillende collega's knopen doorhakken over onze werking, producten en projecten.
- Deelname aan projecten (als projectmanager of -medewerker) die gelinkt zijn aan het Bibliotheeksysteem.
- Betrokkenheid bij en advies verlenen aan andere product
- en projectteams wanneer er een (mogelijke) impact is op het Bibliotheeksysteem. Je bent ook het aanspreekpunt voor dit product.
- Vanuit een helikopterperspectief en samen met het productteam en de servicemanager onze dienstverlening via Servicedesk monitoren.
- Vanuit een helikopterperspectief en in een coördinerende rol de inhoud, structuur en het gebruik van de online leeromgeving van Cultuurconnect bewaken voor het luik Bibliotheeksysteem.
