Als **Expert Data Cleaning** (M/V/X)** kom je terecht in een dynamisch team dat zich elke dag inzet voor onze klanten, en op die manier voor een veiligere & efficiëntere samenleving. Als** Expert Data Cleaning (M/V/X)** speel je hierin een **sleutelrol**. Vinçotte is namelijk actief bij verschillende types klanten. We hebben onze expertise en organisatie uitgebouwd op vlak van zowel openbare als residentiele gebouwen, zijn erg ondernemend in de energiesector, inclusief nucleaire activiteiten. Daarnaast zijn we zeer innovatief bij klanten in de (petro) chemie & pharmacie, in productieomgevingen en de transport
- & logistieke sector.
Je zal als **Expert Data Cleaning (M/V/X)** werken vanuit ons kantoor te Gent.
**Functie**:
In de rol van **Expert Data Cleaning (M/V/X)** ondersteun je de Teamlead(s), Operations Manager(s), SPOCs IT en Customer Service Officers van de verschillende divisies bij de roll out van VForce druk (cross divisie). Verder sta je in voor alle voorbereidingswerken die nodig zijn om de roll-out van VForce op de meest efficiënte manier te laten verlopen. Hierbij is een nauwe samenwerking met collega’s van Planning en Customer Service van cruciaal belang. Je neemt de manier van werken kritisch onder de loep en doet voorstellen tot optimalisatie waar nodig, in nauw overleg met de verschillende stakeholders. Je ziet erop toe dat de migraties vlot verlopen en speelt in op onvoorziene omstandigheden.
Jouw taken:
- Je stelt in overleg met IT (data management), SPOCs IT, Operations Managers en Teamleads een gedetailleerd migratieplan op voor de Roll out van VForce druk. Dit plan zal de Masterfile zijn voor het hele project. Je houdt hierbij rekening met interne afspraken (bv. klantensegmenten, opdeling klanten volgens kwalificatie en aantal assets per klant, ) en eventuele externe, contractuele afspraken met klanten en beschikbaarheid van de opgeleide inspecteurs, het waarborgen van de continuïteit voor de klant en de rentabiliteit en efficiëntie van de opdrachten.
- Up-to-date houden van de masterfile van het roll out plan in functie van wijzigingen in de planning van onze klanten, beschikbaarheid van questionnaires in productie, opleiding van de inspecteurs, ontwikkeling van de VForce functionaliteiten.
- Naast de opzet en het beheer van het migratieplan sta je ook in voor de nodige voorbereidingen:
- Analyse van de uit te voeren opdrachten in de komende periode (weken/maand) aan de hand van beschikbare data uit SAP en dit in overleg met de betrokken planningsafdeling.
- Bepalen welke data dienen gecleand te worden om data recuperatie van Rapex Petro mogelijk te maken.
- Cleaning van de data in SAP voor de migratie (aanpassing van de nodige properties in SAP).
- Voorbereiding datafile voor verdere afwikkeling van het migratieproces.
- Aanpassingen in registratie van de contracten indien nodig.
- Volledig beheer van het migratieproces. Dit houdt in dat je het proces van A tot Z opvolgt en ervoor zorgt dat alle taken zijn volbracht alvorens een GO te geven voor migratie.
- In parallel aan voorgaande taken sta je in voor de cleaning van contracten druk in SAP. Je contacteert hiervoor de klanten waar de opdrachten in het verleden niet systematisch werden uitgevoerd, met als doel de keuringen bij deze klanten terug door Vincotte te laten uitvoeren.
- Je organiseert en neemt de lead in het GO / NO GO overleg met teamleads/CS/Operations Manager/Division Director.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle stakeholders goed geïnformeerd zijn over de komende migraties en de uitgevoerde data cleaning.
- Je adviseert en overlegt met de Teamlead(s) en Operations Manager(s) over o.a. het klantenportefeuille en assetbeheer. Je bespreekt met de teamleads over de verdere aanpak van een aantal specifieke klanten.
- Als centraal aanspreekpunt voor de roll out van VForce druk ondersteun je de Teamlead(s) en de planning in een efficiënte implementatie.
- Je ondersteunt de Teamlead(s) bij de opvang van nieuwe planners en informeert hen over onze processen.

- Ervaring:
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring met planning en organisatie van Vinçotte diensten.
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van SAP en SAP zoals deze gebruikt wordt binnen Vinçotte.
- Een minimum kennis van de activiteiten binnen Druk is een pluspunt.
