Plug and Play Maritime is looking for a Event Operations Coordinator who will take a key supporting role in the development and delivery of the program and works closely together with the Program Manager.

**The Event Operations Coordinator**’**s main scope of work will include**:

- Startup Facing_
- Own and maintain relationships with startups in the program
- Support with intake interviews, exit interviews, and make sure all startups are on track to meet program goals
- Grow an ecosystem of mentors and VCs to bring more value to the program
- Set up 1:1 sessions for startups to meet with Mentors, VC’s and corporate partners for the program
- Collect feedback and develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Wrap up the program with a batch analysis report and individual startup report cards
- Support the Program Manager with questions from corporate partners and startups
- P_r_ogram_,_ _Marketing and Events_
- Support with the organization of events, workshops, and mentorship sessions during the program
- Come up with innovative and creative approaches to make the program always more engaging over time
- Prepare documents and slide decks for major events such as Selection Day, new startups Orientation Day, flyers for meetups, and so forth
- Coordinate a monthly newsletter / social media updates together with the team to keep the network informed about upcoming events and overall platform announcements
- Work with the communication team on the editorial plan (new ideas are welcomed)
- Support in the event planning, execution & order swag for the team
- Help definecontent for events, outreach speakers & share ideas
- Prepare name tags, demo table signs, registration, and printouts for events (collaborate with marketing for materials and research vendors and tools)
- Meet on a regular basis with stakeholders to make communication easy and manage to-do’s for the team

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree required (Anything more than that is a plus)
- Past experience in events, client and/or project management (pro, no must)
- Highly motivated work style, strong social/people skills, positive mindset, and proactive attitude
- Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
- Strong communication and writing skills - English (necessary) and Dutch (desired)
- A strong team player willing to get hands-on, with no 9-5 mentality
- Self-starter who can work with mínimal supervision
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong punctuality and professionalism in the workplace
- Soon availability is a plus
