Ce département assure la gestion quotidienne des différentes formations et la coordination des projets de formation à plus long terme afin d'améliorer l'efficacité des formations au sein de TUI fly.
La fonction
En tant que stagiaire Training Administrator, vous allez appuyer l'équipe Training Documents dans différentes tâches, comme:
Le classement d'examens et de documents
L'apprentissage de programmes informatiques spécifiques
Le suivi des dossiers de formation
La gestion des passeports, des données médicales, des vérifications des antécédents, etc. des équipages
Informations pratiques
Nous recherchons quelqu'un pour effectuer un stage d'au moins 2 mois. Celui-ci n'est pas rémunéré et est basé sur une semaine de 39 heures.
Votre profil
Il y a plusieurs manières d’avoir le profil parfait pour cette fonction. Voici certains des critères que nous recherchons.
Vous suivez un bachelier en management du tourisme et des loisirs, en gestion d'entreprise, en gestion de bureau, en organisation et gestion ou toute autre formation administrative.
**Langues**: la maîtrise du néerlandais et de l'anglais est exigée.
Vous êtes précis(e) et structuré(e) dans votre travail.
Vous aimez apprendre et vous pouvez facilement vous familiariser avec de nouveaux systèmes informatiques.
