**Digital Marketeer (M/V/X)**

**Functie**:
Als Digital Marketeer maak je deel uit van het digitale marketingteam.

Je taken bestaan uit: het aanwerven van nieuwe klanten/patiënten via het digitale kanaal, het optimaliseren van het webverkeer en het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten/patiënten.
- Je werkt mee aan de uitvoering van de digitale strategie om de online aanwezigheid van de groep verder te ontwikkelen en zo traffic, awareness en sales te genereren (Online en Offline).
- Je doet mee aan de realisatie van search en social campagnes (PPC/Shopping/FB/ Instagram/TikTok): begeleiding van partnerbureaus of uitvoering afhankelijk van het type campagne.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat digitale marketingacties naar behoren worden uitgevoerd.
- Je superviseert het implementeren van de SEO copy op de webshop en het uitvoeren van de blogposts.
- Je volgt en analyseert de KPI's.
- Je vertaalt gegevens op een snelle manier, deelt ze gestructureerd mee en stelt concrete acties voor om de resultaten te verbeteren.
- Je werkt gemakkelijk en productief samen met de verschillende afdelingen.
- Je maakt deel uit van het Marketingteam, werkt nauw samen met het E-Commerce team en rapporteert aan de Digital Marketing Manager.

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in digitale marketing met een eerste professionele ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je bent gericht op details, oplossingen en resultaten.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van SEO, SEA en SMA.
- Je bent vertrouwd met Google Analytics, Adwords, Meta Business Suite, Bing Ads en alle andere digitale marketingtools.
- Je houdt van de digitale wereld - en vooral van e-commerce - en volgt de laatste trends.
- Je bent een teamspeler, proactief en flexibel.
