At the Whiteam we are on the lookout of an Enterprise Architect for the European Commission, the role is 100% remote.
**1.** **DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS**
**Following tasks will be performed by external service provider**:
- Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
- Data analysis and data modelling.
- Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture.
- Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers.
- Production of software architecture documents.
- Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting.
- Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture.
- Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud.
- Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components.
**2. LEVEL OF EDUCATION**
Level of education corresponding to Level 7 of the European Qualification Framework.
**3. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
Following skills and knowledge are **required** for the performance of the above listed tasks:
- Very good knowledge of ServiceNow and cloud-based Integrations
- Ability to perform proof of concepts (PoC) efficiently and fast
- Ability to give business and technical presentations
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in cloud-based environments
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Analysis and problem-solving skills
- Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
**4. SPECIFIC EXPERTISE**
Following specific expertise is **mandatory **for the performance of tasks:
- Extensive experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow platform;
- At least 4 years of relevant experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow
- Worked at least in 3 different ServiceNow engagements, of which a minimum of 2 must relate to activities deployed in the HR domain (HR Workflow / Case Management / Employee workflow);
- Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Architect frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
- Excellent knowledge of Project Management frameworks, including PM2 and/or SAFe5+ years of experience working as ServiceNow Developer or Tech lead
- Good knowledge of business process analysis
- Proficiency in Angular (latest versions, build and automation tools), Bootstrap and Typescript.
- Experience in Web security, authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect).
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
**5. CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS**:
Following certificates & standards are **required **for the performance of tasks:
- ServiceNow - Application Developer
- ServiceNow - IntegrationHub
- ServiceNow - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
**_Any additional ServiceNow certificates would be considered as an asset_**
**Location**: Remote
