**Over het bedrijf**:
Onze klant is een **Nationale organisatie** die verschillende beroepsbelangen van haar leden (meer dan 200 bedrijven) gaat behartigen. Zij gaan voornamelijk advies, coördinatie, vertegenwoordiging en opleidingen bieden aan hun leden. Ze verdedigen de belangen van al die bedrijven in federale, federale, Europese en internationale organen. De federatie speelt een essentiële rol in de Belgische economie en politiek.
Het is een KMO met ongeveer 80 personen. Ze zijn gevestigd in het Centrum van Brussel dus zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken met trein en openbaar vervoer.

**Waarom we jou nodig hebben?**:
- We zoeken een Fiscalist ter vervanging van de huidige persoon die na enkele jaren vertrok om voor een politieke partij te gaan werken
- We gaan op zoek naar een persoon aan het begin van hun carrière of niet te veel ervaring heeft.
**Wat ga je doen? Functieomschrijving**:
- Meewerken aan het **plannen en uitvoeren van de fiscale beleidsstrategie** die het federatie, in het belang van zijn leden, op Belgisch, Europees en internationaal niveau wil verdedigen, met een bijzondere aandacht voor de indirecte fiscaliteit.
- Meehelpen aan de functionering van de **fiscale commissie **van het Federatie en andere fiscale **workshops.**:
- Dienen aan de **publicaties **en de organisatie van studiedagen.
- Op termijn, het vereniging te **vertegenwoordigen** in **Belgische en Europese** **adviesorganen **en bij Business Europe
**Met wie?**:
- Je maakt deel uit van de Fiscaal team met je rechetreeks college die is ook je N+1.
- Je toekomstige Manager is een man, die zelf in Fiscaliteit veel ervaring heeft en die voor meerdere instituut heeft gewerkt. Hij is nu Manager van de team Taxation & Investement.
- We zijn op zoek naar een complementair profiel met een grote interesse in economie. Iemand die graag zelfstandig werkt binnen een gegeven kader. Iemand die goed communiceert.
**Wacht niet langer, solliciteer**:
- Als je in het bezit bent van een **Master diploma **in de **rechten **of in een **economische richting**, bij voorkeur met een aanvullende opleiding fiscaliteit.
- Je hebt goede communicatieskills, zowel geschreven als gesproken.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het **Nederlands (C2) en het Frans (minimum B1).**:
- Je bent een generalist die een goede kennis heeft van verschillende aspecten van de** fiscale wetgeving**. Kennis van de wetgeving over directe en/of indirecte fiscaliteit is een voordeel.
- Je hebt een dynamisch en kritisch denkvermogen,
- Volgen de actualiteit is een passie
- Je hebt interesse voor het ondernemerslandschap en bent geboeid door wat er op politiek niveau in ons land beweegt.
- Je hebt goede communicatieskills, zowel geschreven als gesproken.
