**Jouw rol**:
Jij bent mede verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie, borging en opvolging van de kwaliteitsprocedures en - vereisten en bent de drijvende kracht voor het auditproces en verbetering van de Quality Culture in de brouwerij, met speciale aandacht voor hygiëne en voedselveiligheid, dit in nauwe samenwerking met de diverse afdelingen en de gecentraliseerde diensten.
- De implementatie en opvolging van interne en externe kwaliteitsaudits en stelt aangepaste actieplannen op.
- Aansturing van de laboranten van het Quality Assurance-team en Labo CD
- Het respecteren van de veiligheidsregels, 5S en de kwaliteitsprocedures in het Quality Assurance-team en Labo CD (VPO quality pillar)
- Coördinatie van verbeteringsprocessen en staat in voor de opvolging van de projecten ter ondersteuning en verbetering van de KPIs.
- Het instandhouden van het quality management systemen (HACCP, ACS, FCA, VPO Quality Pillar) en volgt nauwgezet de CCP’s en de voedselveiligheid in de site op.
- Ondersteunt hierbij de afdelingen in de periodieke herzieningen van deze systemen.
- Een continue kritische analyse van de kwaliteitsresultaten van de diverse processen en verbeteringsacties.
- Opvolging van de relevante wettelijke aspecten ivm de kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen
**Waar we naar op zoek zijn**:
- Master diploma Bio-ingenieur, Industrieel ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Biochemische kennis van het brouwproces alsook van het afvullen van bier
- Vertrouwd met het omgaan met crisissituaties
- Kennis van analyse-en probleemoplossende technieken en van HACCP & voedselveiligheid
- Kennis van het Engels en het Nederlands, schriftelijk en mondeling
- Charismatisch en dynamisch in het promoten van de kwaliteit.
- Sterke leider en ervaring in het leidinggeven
- Een gezonde, open en realistische ingesteldheid om personen en diensten continu uit te dagen tot verbeteringen en veranderingen.
- Teamgeest, communicatievaardig, kritische en systematische geest
