Pour notre concession D’ieteren Mobility Center Zaventem, nous recherchons un(e) Service Team Coordinator enthousiaste et motivé(e) pour la marque Audi. Dans ce rôle clé, vous coordonnez l'équipe après-vente, composée de nos Service Advisors, et vous rapportez directement au Service Manager.
Quelles seront vos responsabilités ?
- Diriger et coordonner l'équipe après-vente, en mettant l'accent sur la satisfaction client et l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- Soutenir et encadrer les conseillers de service pour garantir une qualité de service exceptionnelle.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes et assurer le bon fonctionnement de la section service.
- Gérer la planification et l'organisation des activités de l'atelier.
- Assurer un traitement précis et rapide des demandes et réclamations des clients.
- Rapporter au Service Manager et contribuer au développement stratégique du département après-vente
Vous retrouvez-vous dans le profil suivant ?
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire dans le secteur automobile.
- Solides compétences en leadership et en organisation.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Orientation client et esprit de résolution de problèmes.
- Bonne maîtrise du français et du néerlandais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Affinité avec la marque Audi et passion pour l'industrie automobile.
