**Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken?**:
Als Business Support bied je een excellente administratieve ondersteuning aan het Global Mobility team. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de dienstverlening naar klanten toe. Je gebruikt ook je kennis en expertise om je collega´s te ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse taken en zet mee je schouders om Moore te helpen groeien. Ben jij een proactieve en enthousiaste persoon die graag resultaten boekt en dit bij een snelgroeiend adviesbureau?
- Je hebt de vaardigheden, kennis en ervaring om flexibel te werken in een snelle omgeving.
- Je helpt, ontzorgt en ondersteunt je collega´s van Global Mobility op vlak van administratie. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en nauwkeurige administratieve werking zodat je collega´s, tax consultants, zich kunnen concentreren op het leveren van de beste service aan onze klanten.
- Je organiseert meetings en zorgt dat alles organisatorisch op wieltjes loopt zowel de catering, technische aspecten, uitnodigingen van deelnemers en de opvolging hiervan.
- Je ondersteunt het Global Mobility team bij het opstellen en indienen van belastingsaangiften. Wij zullen zorgen dat je voldoende wordt opgeleid.
- Je een geboren teamplayer en waakt erover dat relevante bedrijfsnormen en -richtlijnen worden nageleefd.
**Welke kennis en ervaring verwachten we van jou?**
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Engels en Nederlands (zowel gesproken als geschreven) en je bent vloeiend in het Frans.
- Je hebt al een ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol als administratieve duizendpoot in een dienstensector of advocatenkantoor.
- Je bent flexibel, doorzettend en je hebt een goede time management zodat deadlines gehaald worden.
- Je bent discreet aangezien je zal werken met vertrouwelijke documenten. Je hebt oog voor detail, werkt snel en nauwkeurig.
- Je houdt ervan om pro-actief te werken, neemt initiatieven en kan gemakkelijk zelfstandig werken.
- Gezien de verscheidenheid van de job ben je organisatorisch zeer sterk.
