**About your role**
- As treasury analyst/ corporate finance analyst you are responsible for the daily cash management of Balta Group. You monitor and manage the Group’s financial risk and maintain close relationships with the key internal and external stakeholders of the company treasury.
- You will further optimise the existing treasury and corporate finance processes in place. In your role, you are part of the Corporate Finance team and report directly to the Corporate Finance and Consolidation Manager, Treasury Manager & Tax Advisor.
**Your challenges**
- monitor the Group’s day-to-day cash management and liquidity
- maintain and update the short-to-mid-term cash forecast of the Group and ensure the forecast accuracy
- coordinate with our subsidiaries in US and Turkey on various treasury topics
- monitor and hedge the Group’s FX and interest rate risk exposure in line with our policy
- monitor optimal usage of our factoring facilities
- maintain a close relationship with our banking partners
- work closely together with other departments such as tax, controlling and accounting
- coordinate administrative requirements for of our banks and ensure compliance with requirements under our various financing agreements
- assist in the preparation of the monthly treasury corporate finance reporting as well as ad hoc reports on treasury-related topics
- analyze and optimize our cost of financing, bank costs and fees
- monitor usage of trade finance instruments including the distribution of funds within the corporation
- challenge and improve existing processes in place
- ensure compliance with requirements under our various financing agreements Provide support during month-end close for consolidation and accounting processes
**Your talents**
- Master degree in finance, economics or accountancy or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a treasury or corporate finance role
- Diligent, accurate, trustworthy, taking responsibility, pro-active
- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills and able to collaborate cross-functionally and across regions
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on attitude
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Very good Excel skills
- Experience with SAP is a plus
