Vous travaillez au sein de l'organisation des services ICT et plus particulièrement au sein du CI & CSC (Customer ICT & Cyber Security Center), dont fait partie le Customer SOC (Security Operations Center).
Votre mission
Vous êtes responsable de l'analyse sécurité des réseaux ICT des clients européens depuis notre Security Operations Center (SOC), situé dans les Proximus Towers. Vous utiliserez Splunk comme SIEM et travaillerez dans un système de roulement 24/7. (de 5 h 45 à 14 h 15, de 13 h 45 à 22 h et de 22 h à 6 h).
Contenu de l’emploi
- En tant qu'analyste en cybersécurité, vous travaillerez dans le centre de Customer ICT et de Cybersécurité des clients, d'où vous surveillerez les alertes de sécurité pour nos clients externes dans le cadre du service MDR (Manage Detection & Response).
- Vous êtes responsable de l'analyse des “Security Notable Events” qui proviennent de nos outils SIEM, EDR, NDR et XDR. Vous détectez et résolvez les problèmes et les incidents de sécurité et coordonnez les processus de résolution de ces incidents.
- Vous documentez tous les incidents que vous traitez dans le système de ticketing (Service Now) et vous suivez les tickets de près.
- Vous consultez les sources d'information disponibles pour déterminer les caractéristiques des incidents, et prendre ou proposer les mesures appropriées à nos clients.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de sécurité des clients, qui soutiennent les clients du SOC sur place et au sein de l'organisation.
- Vous recherchez activement les éventuelles menaces de sécurité sous le radar.
- Vous êtes mordu par le virus de la criminalistique numérique, vous avez l'énergie de déterrer un incident, d'en trouver la cause profonde et d'en rendre compte, tant par écrit que verbalement.
- Vous avez une passion et un intérêt profond pour la cybersécurité.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le CSIRT interne pour échanger des informations sur les nouvelles menaces et vulnérabilités.
- Vous soutenez en 2ème et 3ème ligne le traitement des incidents de sécurité et assurez le suivi des incidents de sécurité sur la base des procédures existantes.
- Plan Do Check Act est dans votre sang dans tout ce que vous entreprenez.
- Vous effectuez des modifications standard sur les dispositifs de sécurité chez nos clients.
- Vous gérez, optimisez et tenez à jour les documents des clients qui vous sont attribués.
- Vous diffusez les valeurs et les idées de Proximus au sein de votre équipe et encouragez vos collègues et vos clients à les suivre.
Profil
Vous êtes passionné par la cybersécurité? Êtes-vous un faiseur convaincu? Le respect est-il également une exigence absolue pour vous? Alors vous êtes au bon endroit.
Formation
- Vous êtes titulaire d'une licence d'ingénieur industriel ou d'un diplôme équivalent par l'expérience.
- Les certifications de sécurité et de produits sont un avantage très apprécié.
- Vous avez au moins un certificat CCNA ou êtes prêt à l'obtenir pendant votre période d'essai.
Expérience:
- Vous avez de l'expérience avec les solutions SIEM, EDR, XDR.
- Vous avez une connaissance de la technologie et des protocoles Internet.
- Vous êtes un expert technique en matière de TIC et de technologies de réseau.
- Vous avez de l'expérience en matière de vulnérabilités/faiblesses de sécurité et d'attaques connexes.
- Vous avez une expérience pratique sur les dispositifs de sécurité comme BlueCoat, Checkpoint, F5, Cisco (Pix-Firewalls), Netscreen VPN gateways, Palo Alto, Fortinet.
- Une expérience de travail dans un centre d'opérations de sécurité est un plus.
- Vous avez une expérience dans les contacts avec la clientèle et/ou dans un service d'assistance technique.

Connaissances linguistiques:
- Vous parlez couramment EN/FR/NL.
- La capacité de communiquer dans votre langue maternelle et en anglais est une exigence.
