**Responsibilities**:
- You lead the Operations team in collaboration with the Engineering Team Lead, focusing on the Center of Excellence for CI/CD pipeline architecture and development platforms.
- You establish and promote best practices and guidelines for the operations team, ensuring efficient operations.
- You manage the operations for the scheduling systems as part of the engineering platforms.
- You champion the adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies to enhance operational productivity and system reliability.
- You collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of CI/CD principles into all aspects of the software development and deployment lifecycle.
- You provide leadership and expert guidance on the architectural design, implementation, and optimization of development platforms from an operational perspective.
- You ensure and facilitate training sessions and workshops to elevate the operations team’s proficiency in new technologies and operational methodologies.

Your Profile
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and operations, with a strong focus on CI/CD pipeline architecture and operational excellence.
- Comprehensive knowledge of operational platforms, programming languages, and open-source frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and fostering the adoption of advanced operational technologies.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of making impactful, data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to convey complex operational concepts to a broad audience.
- A zeal for innovation and a dedication to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of operational technology trends.
