Functie
Binnen de business line Employee Benefits & Healthcare is het Business Engineering Data & Security teamverantwoordelijk voor gegevensbeheer, gegevensanalyse en gegevensverstrekking voor alle afdelingen. In deze context,definiëren we de beste dataoplossingen om de strategie van onze business line te ondersteunen.Wij bouwen een datalaag via een Data warehouse om alle gegevens te verzamelen voor analytische doeleinden en verstrekkende gegevens via rapporten of extracten en wij voeren diverse “data analytics”-projecten uit.Aangezien gegevens een strategische troef zijn voor het bedrijf, zorgen wij ook voor een goed begrip ervan en degoede praktijken door middel van een datamanagementgovernance die dagelijks de kwaliteit en de veiligheid waarborgt.
- Je draagt bij aan de uitrol van de data governance door het implementeren van diensten zoals een data catalogus,metadata management, kwaliteit en security management,
- Je draagt bij tot het opbouwen en onderhouden van een Business Glossary binnen de EB/HC Business Line.
- Je definieert en implementeert data management processen binnen de business line volgens de databeleid en altijd rekening houdend met de business relevantie.
- Je definieert samen met de business data kwaliteitsvereisten, zet de gerelateerde monitoring op en draagt bij aande definitie van actieplannen om deze te verbeteren waar nodig.
- Je coacht alle stakeholders over datamanagement gerelateerde activiteiten
Functie-eisen
- Min. 5 jaar werkervaring in een gelijkwaardige functie
- Data Stewardship op business niveau om de data catalogus op te bouwen met zakelijke beschrijvingen van alle data deliverables (in samenwerking met gegevensanalisten en met bedrijfsafdelingen)
- Tools voor gegevensbeheer en -kwaliteit (Collibra, Data Galaxy, Informatica, Talend,)
- Azure Cloud Microsoft, SQL, SAS, PowerBI
- Datamodellering
- Goede kennis van gegevens over Employee Benefits en ziekteverzekering is een pluspunt
