En qualité de pionnier dans le traitement et la valorisation des déchets dangereux, Veolia a ouvert la voie il y a plus de quarante ans en créant **SARPI** afin de répondre aux défis technologiques, économiques et environnementaux de ses clients et partenaires. Aujourd’hui, SARPI est le principal acteur en Europe dans le traitement et la valorisation des déchets dangereux. **SARPI BENE** (Belgique et Pays-Bas) est actif dans deux pays et compte huit entreprises de traitement de déchets dangereux totalisant près de quatre cents collaborateurs. Pour la Management Team de Sarpi EcoServices BE, nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Controlling & Finance Manager** qui relève directement du General Manager. En outre, il dépendra indirectement du CFO de Sarpi BENE. Les activités sont réparties sur trois sites : Jumet, Beerse et Sint-Niklaas. Vous aurez au total environ cent trente collègues.

Le **Controlling & Finance Manager** est au premier chef un vrai business partner pour le General Manager. À court terme, il sera responsable du business controlling et de la poursuite du développement de l’organisation Finance (flux et processus...) étant donné qu’il s’agit d’un nouveau département au sein de Sarpi Ecoservices. À long terme, il sera également responsable de cinq collaborateurs de l’équipe Billing & Accounting et il assumera tout ce qui a trait à Legal & Insurance. En quoi consiste exactement cette fonction ?_**

**_À court terme et pendant la transition vers Sarpi Ecoservices_**
- Vous ferez partie de l’équipe de direction et jouerez un rôle important durant la période de transition.
- Vous participerez au transfert financier des activités dans le cadre du Carve out project.
- Vous serez responsable de la gestion de toutes les activités controlling, dont les rapports consolidés, l’analyse P&L, les tableaux de bord financiers, les KPI, etc.
- Vous coordonnerez, préparerez et superviserez le budget et les prévisions financières, vous rendrez compte des écarts au General Manager et au CFO.
- Vous vous occuperez et superviserez les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.
- Vous procéderez aux contrôles qualité sur les transactions financières et les rapports financiers.
- Vous coordonnerez et organiserez le bon fonctionnement des procédures administratives (des commandes aux liquidités en passant par les achats).
- Vous garantirez et optimiserez un processus de facturation fluide, compte tenu des directives et exigences Sarpi/Veolia.
- Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les départements Sales, Business Administration, Customer Care, Procurement, etc. et veillerez à une collaboration agréable, efficace et constructive.
- Vous présenterez des rapports corrects et en temps utile ainsi que des analyses à forte valeur ajoutée pour une meilleure vue et compréhension des données.
- Vous interagirez directement avec la direction et le CFO pour prendre des décisions stratégiques basées sur les chiffres et les performances de l'entreprise.
- Vous serez respecté(e) en tant que membre senior et sparring partner de l’équipe de direction, du CFO de Sarpi Bene et au sein de l’organisation.

À long terme, vous vous verrez confier les responsabilités suivantes :_**
- Vous êtes billingue, avec une bonne connaissance de l'Anglais
- Vous constituerez et organiserez une équipe financière et administrative de cinq personnes (Billing & Accounting) ;
- Vous coacherez et accompagnerez l’équipe financière ;
- Vous gérerez tous les projets financiers, dont A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, audits financiers, clôtures annuelles, impôts sur les revenus, TVA, obligations légales, etc. ;
- Vous contribuerez à intégrer toutes les données dans des procédures et le déploiement du système ERP et vous serez un Key User du système ERP.
