**Your new role**
As a Pharma Operations Supervisor, you are the backbone of the production/operations team. These are your responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise operational teams in production.
Ensure quality and compliance with cGMP standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues.
- Manage and review critical production documentation.
- Oversee the release and review of batch records.
- Ensure team members receive necessary training.
Initiate projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
**Your profile**
- Bachelor's or Master's in Science, Bioengineering, Pharmacy, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in cGMP or ATMP environment, with experience in grade C aseptic GMP production.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch is considered an asset but not required.
- Flexible: Shiftsystem, overtime, weekend work
- A strong sense of responsibility and passion for making a difference in patients’ lives
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- An empathetic people manager with strong leadership skills.
A positive attitude and the ability to adapt easily to rapidly changing circumstances.
