Wegens uitbreiding van ons dienstenpakket bij onze klant in de farmaceutische sector met verschillende sites in België zoeken wij **een Supervisor Security voor een nieuwe site in aanbouw in Gent. **Het gaat om een SEVESO site.
In eerste instantie dient u tijdens de bouw van de nieuwe site voornamelijk werfbewaking uit te voeren en te superviseren, als bewakingsagent.
In tweede instantie neemt u een rol op als supervisor met eindverantwoordelijkheid over de nieuwe site en het aansturen van de medewerkers. U zal ook actief betrokken worden bij de aanwerving van nieuwe medewerkers en bij het op punt stellen van de procedures etc.

**Een greep uit het takenpakket van deze functie**:
- Operationele opvolging van de bewakingsdiensten de gloednieuwe site in Gent
- Controle, inspectie, supervisie en bijsturing van de bewakingsdiensten
- Opstellen van werkinstructies en waken over de correcte uitvoering ervan
- Controle en mee coördineren van opleidingen voor nieuwe bewakingsagenten
- Ondersteuning van het bewakingsteam bij incidenten, klachten e.a.
- Evaluatie van de door ons geleverde diensten, opvolging van KPI’s en SLA’s
- Individuele evaluatie van de bewakingsagenten (functioneringsgesprekken,..)
- Opvolging en ondersteuning van de planning van de bewakingsagenten
- Je hebt een bewezen ervaring in het aansturen van een team van bewakingsagenten of je kan ons overtuigen van jouw groeipotentieel.
- Je bent een echte people manager, streng maar rechtvaardig en je kan vooral werknemers motiveren
- Je bent klantvriendelijk en kan communiceren op alle niveaus ( agenten, klant, management,..)
- Je kan bondig maar ook volledig en correct rapporteren zowel verbaal als schriftelijk in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Technologie (cctv, alarmsystemen,..), computers en software kennen zo goed als geen geheimen voor je.
- Veiligheid staat voor u steeds op de eerste plaats
- Je zet problemen om in concrete oplossingen en gaat op zoek naar nieuwe/evoluerende behoeften;
- Je bent proactief en zoekt constant mee naar voorstellen teneinde de bewaking op een zo kwalitatief mogelijke maar ook kostefficiënte manier uit te voeren.
- Je bent flexibel en indien nodig spring je operationeel mee in om je medewerkers te ondersteunen. Je bent ook flexibel qua werkuren, je bent bereid om in shiften te werken, in een rotatiesysteem met de agenten.
- Je bent een teamplayer maar je kan zeker ook problemen zelfstandig aanpakken
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan ten allen tijde het hoofd koel houden teneinde de juiste beslissingen te nemen
**Vereiste studies / attesten**
- Attest basisopleiding bewakingsagent
- Attest opleiding leidinggevende bewaking A of B is een grote troef, echter geen verplichting. Je bent alleszins wel bereid om dit op korte termijn te behalen
- Een blanco uittreksel strafregister model 1
- PTO attest ( Psycho Technisch Onderzoek - Selor,..) of aantoonbare uitzondering
